  1. To answer my own question, I think the temporary solution is Zinc You lose about 5mg of zinc every time you ejaculate. Now early on I tried taking zinc picolinate 30mg capsules once a day for about 3 months but it did not work, so I discarded zinc as a solution. Also, I got really bad nightmares every night during the course of taking zinc supplements. I think I know why it didn't work. Zinc picolinate contains only 20% of elemental zinc. So essentially I was only taking 6mg of elemental zinc. This is not enough to be effective.  5 capsules would have given 30mg of elemental zinc. The daily recommendation of zinc is 15mg of elemental zinc. I'm currently taking a high strength 228mg zinc gluconate tablet that is equivalent to 30mg of elemental zinc. I'm actually taking it morning and night and every time I ejaculate. I know this is way over the top but I know I"m severely zinc deficient from doing a zinc tally test. I'll wean myself off to a lower dosage later on and take a copper supplement to negate the copper depletion from zinc supplementation. I've only been on it for 5 days now and the results are immediate. I no longer have dry flaky skin, and no more hormonal acne on my chin. This is the same feeling on my skin as if I never ejaculated for 5 days straight.  
  2. Ok this thread is not a debate about whether masturbation causes acne. I get acne up to four days after ejaculation without fail. I find that on the 5th day my skin starts to clear up provided I have not ejaculated for 5 days straight. My question is: Has any one figured out a solution to this problem besides abstinence? I have searched the internet far and wide for the past decade and have yet to find the holy grail. Someone, somewhere out there must know the answer.
