I don't understand how you take your amino acids and whey protein separately from each other. How long do you have to wait? 3x a day is a lot, are you supposed to spread out 7 pills and the whey throughout the day, taking them every hour or two? But that would prevent you from taking them on an empty stomach. So do we wait 30 minutes? How does this work?
If I ask for her to do my treatment, will she? I'm planning on traveling there to have a consultation as no one in my city offers ablative lasers. I read a review on realself that said a nurse does treatment but I think the person did restore and posted it in the wrong section, but I'm just making sure.
What would you say is too low a mj? I want to do this but I'm not sure I want to try the highest setting my first time. My scarring is rather shallow so hopefully I'll still only need one treatment. I want to combine it with ReCell too but I don't know if I can find a doctor besides Dr. Khan.
Borec, could you give me contact info for doctors that you have please? I emailed Avita Europe asking for doctors and they didn't get back to me after a week. Avita America got back to me in one day, though they just said to travel to Europe. I'm wondering if the Europe guys are just ignoring me.
The guide says to also apply vit. C after rolling. So do we leave the vit. C on before applying Infadolan? Also, from what I can make out, the guide says to apply vit. C every few days all the time except right before rolling when we do it every day and right after when we don't do it at all. Is that right at all?
Should I supplement vit. C every day? I read in another thread that we should take 3000mg daily.
Edit: http://forum.owndoc....in-Care-Routine I'm very confused. First of all, what is "your daily cream"? Sarah's post didn't really help me at all to get a specific routine and I still don't have one because while Nope.avi's post is clear and easy to understand the guide seems to be trying to tell me to do something a bit more involved.
