Oh Lord, I haven't been on these boards for ages. I'm back because so is my acne,lol. I've stopped taking my pills and I got acne on my chin. Nothng surprising though, that's how it's supposed to be. Im back to the pills and clear again, yay. And I feel my best today with smooth skin,nice makeup on and hot outfits.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries, 1 green apple
Lunch: Greek salad with black bean burgers
Dinner: Braised Chicken with red onions and carrots, some mashed potatoes
Dessert: Banana-rum-raisin, none dairy ice cream ( yumm!)
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with tomatoes, green bell pepper 1 banana
Lunch: 2 slices of ezekiel bread sandwich with some tomatoe and lettuce,herb crusted fillet of salmon, romaine lettuce salad with some extra virgin olive oil
Dinner: Chicken breast with buckwheat, salad leftover
Snack: Oikos greek plain yogurt with some lavash bread
Dessert: I'll probably have some apples with almonds
Don't get obsessed with your diet like some pple in this forum ( includin' me btw lol). Stay away from ridiculous fastings and depriving urself too much.Just eat plenty of veggies an' fruits, typical 'healthy' diet, stay away from sugar and make sure u don't have any severe food allergies. That's all you have to be concerned about your diet. It's not the only cause of acne anyways. Take care.
Sort of pissed off because of this tiny spot I got. When my face was breaking out every week, I wasn't freaking out with every new spot, because I got used to them. Having clear skin was weird to me. But now, when my skin is clear with Spiro, I freak out with every new breakouts ( even tiny ones that are visible only to me). But other than that my skin was doing really good lately. Especially last week, it was CLEAR, healthy and nice.
P.S I can't believe we crave something that is usual thing for the majority of humanity. Most of the poeple don't do any efforts in order to have clear skin, yet their skin looks better and healthier than ours. Not Freaking Fair.
Same here! My Skin looks so good in the morning. As I have some breakfast, my red marks look more noticeable. Or maybe sleep improves skin condition ( because if I sleep during the day then my skin looks the same as in the morning)?
