  1. Vitamin B5 Hairloss- Cured (Pictures)

You guys are talking about selsun blue...I used to have the worst dandruff and itchy scalp ever. Then I discovered that shampoo 6 years ago, it worked fantastically, it's the only one that did anything. So not sure if inositol helps with that but it's the only thing that caused new hairs to grow that's for sure. I've tried saw palmetto before so I'm familiar with the sexual sides and brain fog that reducing DHT can cause, inositol doesn't do any of that for me.

Solgar 500mg, was taking once per day, this time just one every 2 days. Haven't noticed any side effects at all.

Hi guys, possibly an important update. As I said before I started regrowing hair a few months back and posted some pics. I wasn't sure at the time if it was a thyroid supplement or inositol. So what I did was quit inositol and just use the thyroid supplement and sure enough I wasn't noticing any more hairs regrowing any more, it's easy to tell because it feels like stubble on my scalp when I wash my hair. So around the end of December I bought some more inositol and made a prediction that it takes 2 months for hairs to start regrowing based on what happened last time when I took it. I estimated that around the end of February I should start noticing regrowth again and I was right. For the last 2 weeks I have these strong stubble like hairs growing around my temples again. I have no idea if this will work the same for others, we already had lots of people try inositol before after a thread was started about it but perhaps people weren't patient enough. Anyway I'll keep you updated and take more pics if things look promising.
