  1. Lol, i'm sorry to laugh, I don't mean to be rude... but your face is perfectly fine. That scaring is very very minor and will vanish with time. My scars are waay worse, very deep and will most likely be here to stay until science catches up or I die.
  2. Follow up of my thread I made over a year ago http://www.acne.org/messageboard/topic/343646-5th-month-of-accutane-still-getting-acne/   I had suffered from horrible cystic acne for most of my life. It wasn't until I was 21 when I decided to go on accutane. During the course of accutane (which was 6 months) I had absolutely no hope. I STILL was getting cysts throughout the ENTIRE time. Even 2-3 months after I had finished accutane I STILL was getting more acne! Bad acne too! Red face, more cysts, etc.    Well, I just wanted to follow up now that it has been over a year since I finished accutane I must say, I have improved a lot! I still get acne from time to time, including cysts, but they're MUCH smaller now and only last 2-3 days before vanishing.    I made this follow up to just let everyone know, don't give up! everyone's body is different and it may take longer for some people for the drug to work. I should of made this post 8 months ago but I just kinda forgot... other things in my life were just more important. Which is very important to note. Most of the people you see on here complaining about accutane not working or horrible outcomes of it are actually the very loud minority. The rest of us that had great results left without saying a word, since acne was no longer a priority in life.   I must say that one bad thing about the accutane is that I noticed I scar more easily now and I still have terrible scaring on my face. I've been doing the glyconic face peel from a facial place and I think it's helping, but I know I will never have a nice looking face. That's fine though. I understand that and am ready to just move on. Good luck everyone!
