  1. How I Got Completely Clear Skin

Not stupid at all. What's stupid is that I can't remember, lol! And also that I am just now reading your comment over 4 years later. But, I'd recommend reading this first before deciding to get an ELISA food intolerance test: http://autoimmunewellness.com/why-food-intolerance-testing-doesnt-work/ It doesn't necessarily mean there are no accurate results, but there could be false positives (or actually positive results that indicate immunity) or false negatives (or more specifically, foods that aren't noted because they are not detectable in our system for whatever reason.)
  2. 10/5/2012 Over One Year Later...

I can't believe I'm just now seeing this comment a little over 4 years later! Did you decide to try out BC? If so, how'd it work for you? I have actually since then gotten off of BC. I wanted to challenge myself to find I method that doesn't require medication. BC always caused issues for me like extreme nausea and cellulite (yes, cellulite went away when I got off the pill!) I think I also gained weight on the pill and my sex drive was relatively low. The pill was a relatively easy way to get rid of cystic acne though, and not everyone has the same side effects. Feel free to message me if you have specific questions! I forgot to mention that chocolate is high in arginine, which can be further irritate skin conditions, so trying to avoid chocolate may be a good idea. I know what you mean about being obsessed with chocolate though... so good, lol!
