yesterday I had..
2 rice cakes w/ some almond butter
an asian pear
bowl of broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, zucchini, green onions, and carrots w/ a bit of rice
Went to dinner at Red Lobster for my mom's birthday..had oven-broiled salmon with rice and broccoli. It was VERY good. <3
one gluten free cranberry almond cookie
peppermint+spearmint tea, and water throughout the day
hopefully today I can buy some more Jamaican sweet potatoes, plantain, and "regular" sweet potato. ):
I'm doing this as well. I have the most sensitive skin ever, even when I don't pick at my acne they tend to leave stubborn hyperpigmentation. So obviously when I poke and prod at it, it gets even worse. I think I'm on day 3 now ? I hope I can make it to 30 days, with no squeezing, picking, anything. (:
Mixed feelings today. The good: no new zits, at least none that I'm aware of. That's always a positive. xD The bad: this PIH is bothering me more and more every day. :c I'm so self-conscious about it. However, I'm planning on ordering a couple of products this summer and after I give my skin a couple of weeks to balance itself out, I'm initiating a full-blown mission to fade these scars and smooth out my complexion.
