"Sigh. I guess people always get scared shitless of things they can't understand." ...or things they aren't willing to learn about as in your case, lifelong confusion
"Research by Monsanto & the like owned firms and USDA, FDA, EPA is not. Especially considering the number of former Monsanto people that fill the FDA." -alternativista
This is what you need to understand my friend. And you understand this by digging deep into these issues looking at both sides, watching independent documentaries, seeing the revolving door of Monsanto/FDA employees, etc. Hell even looking at the world around you and how farmers and the environment are being affected by GMO's negatively will give you an idea of the damage being done here. The corruption in these companies goes so deep and reaches so many innocent people
H-h-ho my gosh yes this couldn't be more true. I could go on a thirty page rant about how much i hate these breast cancer awareness walks/months/fundraisers, etc. Hell pepsi, (that's right, pepsi) has even patched the pink ribbon on their bottles. I'm waiting for Monsanto to post one on their website
Yeah, it really is freeing to not have to wake up and go through a half hour long face routine anymore. Also when i shave, i use the trimmer on the back of the electric shaver. It leaves a sandpaper like texture, but it never causes irritation or ingrown hairs which i am extremely prone to getting.
Hah! Yeah i read about that recently and...i would say i'm shocked, except...i'm not. At all. Only a little bit.
These people never cease to amaze me with their greediness. People don't realize how truly corrupt CEOs of large companies are. They become so self absorbed, and so obsessed with money...they could give a f#ck less about humanity. It's rare to find one that doesn't operate like this
The best form of vitamin D3 that i've seen on the market is from Vitamin Code. It's a raw form of vitamin D3 formulated with raw food-created nutrients. It's cultivated with live probiotics, antioxidants, enzymes and nutrient-specific peptides. So many vitamin D3 supps i've seen are loaded with crap you don't want to be consuming. This form is a bit more expensive, but i get mine from iherb.com for around $17.
Mega Food also sells a whole food derived vitamin btw.
I honestly only recommend getting supplements from whole food derived sources. This way you are getting the vitamins much closer to how they are found in nature, and you can be sure that they are not synthetic and/or incomplete forms
Try this at home. Mash up a few avocados and add half a squeezed lime. Stir and store in a sealed container. At the same time, mash up three avocados and add the juice of three full limes and store the same way. I've done it. And the one with half a squeezed lime lasted one night before beginning to turn brown. The mixture with three limes lasted a week in a sealed container in the fridge before starting to turn.
Quantity does make a difference my friend. And ascorbic acid is what i would consider a 'real' preservative. Same goes for sea salt. This is why in the old days they would store pork in barrels of salt. It kept the salt from going rancid for long periods of time while at sea. The same amount of preservation could not be achieved by sprinkling a bit of salt over the pork
And LDL is not bad CBIOT13. What is bad is when the LDL lipoprotein becomes oxidized due to all the crap we consume in the typical western diet. This is why heart 'disease' is the number one killer of man. Diet/lifestyle. We are blaming the healing agents in our bodies instead of our poor life choices
