Where are all the Spiro users at?

I'm new to all of this in fact I'm new to acne. I used to have nice skin and all of a sudden out of no where I hit 25 and now have full blown cystic acne with no relief in sight. I've been browsing through the rate it section to see what products seem to be working and have seen alot of positive comments on Spiro. But I haven't seen anything about it in these message boards. If anyone out there is taking it then drop a few lines and let me know what you think of it.
