www.uniquelyemu.com is where I recently purchased mine. There shipping is very fast. You will have it within 3-4 days depending on where you live.

I just ordered some from http://longviewfarms.com smile.gif They use Molecular Distillation to ensure purity. There's a whole article over at http://www.emu-oil.com/MDoil.htm which talks about the benefits of this kind of refinement. My order hasn't arrived from them yet, but their Emu Oil certainly sounds promising smile.gif

I've also had some from www.mezza.co.uk (which you can get on eBay, too), which has always been good...

Yeah, I also get mine from Mezza. It's good, and fairly cheap, but as a little niggle, I find it annoying that it doesn't have a dispenser. This can sometimes mean it rushes out and you end up with more than you wanted. I might suggest to Merian that she puts dispensers on her bottles...

But otherwise, they are very good. smile.gif

I use emu oil from the following - They use molecular distillation to remove impurities -

http://www.longviewfarms.com

and I have used the following for copper, etc.

http://www.platinumskincare.com

I would look for emu oil products that are either of cosmetic quality for human use or molecularlly distilled for purity.

don't use longview farms! their emu oil tends to have an odor, a little like fried chicken. it's pretty gross. i would stick to emule from high cascade emus... that stuff works great and is always odorless.

That book is a big rip-off! The author gets big commission from cosmetic companies. My girlfried bought it and she was very dissapointed because the "highly recomended" products caused her breakouts. And she's never ever had it before. The author is against any "Natural" and "Generic" product. That's why she doesn't suggest emu oil. However she recomends harsh and comedoneic products. I think you should throw away that book. You'll be much better off going to the cosmetic counter without her. Or at least do what my gf did. Sell it on e-bay.

I use Denis Bakers emu oil. I use it everyday mixed with my moisturizer. It feels great alone on your skin but if you are on the regimen and just put on BP, it will sort of make the BP flake off... sometimes I Just put on BP and while its still wet, dot on emu oil to make it all penetrate deeper into the skin. Emu oil is a carrier oil, correct?

I got mine from www.homepeels.com and it says the only ingredient is Emu Oil. So I would say this one is 100%. They have great stuff on this site.

Hm, this is the thread linked in the sticky post, so thought I'd take a moment to post about how awesome I've been finding emu oil smile.gif Been using it for about 4 days now, and so far no breakouts! I guess that could still happen, but usually if they're going to, products affect me after 2 days. I don't use it ALL over my face though; my chin and jaw are the most prone to breakouts, so I use it sparingly in those areas, and just specifically put on the red marks. I still use my normal moisturiser, and just put the emu oil on top.

I hadn't seen much difference, except for this morning when I woke up to see how nicely moisturised and even-toned my skin looked. It hasn't been long enough to make a massive change, but it looks like it's starting to help. If it continues to not-break me out I'll be ridiculously happy, because that never seems to happen with new products I try...
