hi all, i have mild to moderate acne and im on the regimen for 3 weeks now. right now, i experience sporadic flakiness of a total of two times. when that happens, i moisturize twice a day and reduce BP amount. other than that , my skin does not get flaky.

right now, i have only one or two active pimples or acne, which is quite an improvement. my skin feels a lot smoother also.

however, there are still red marks on my face. is this normal?

so here's what i do daily.

at around 5pm

wash face
wait 5-15minutes
apply panoxyl 2.5%

at night before i go to bed at around 11:30pm

wash face
wait 5-15minutes
apply panoxyl 2.5%
wait 5-15minutes
apply moisturizer

thus my question is that, is my procedure ok?

secondly, when i apply BP without moisturizer, and i wet my face even after a few hours after application, the BP is still on my face. as in if i wet my face a few hours after Bp application, i can feel the slippery texture of BP on my skin when i touch it.is this normal? does it mean that the BP is not absorbed?

thanks!

hi guys. im on the regimen for a week and slgihtly more. i use clean and clear cleanser, and a neutrogena moisturizer , and panoxyl 2.5%

im treating my whole face, and i apply BP once a week for the first week, using a small amount which slowly increased over the first week.

its still increasing now as i havent gotten to a full finger dosage yet, but im applying BP twice a day. (followed by the moisturizer of course) initially when i stated the flakiness was barely noticable, but these 2 days its been very bad. and my skin itches too... it was so bad that i had to do the regimen once only yesterday and today for the fear that the BP would worsen my condition.

any advice? is the sudden flakiness normal?

thanks!

hi all. i 've just started on the regimen. i use a gentle cleanser, panoxyl 2.5% as my BP, and
neutrogena moisture SPF 15. it is 'a non-comedogenic facial moisturizer with UVB/UVA sun protection' it is also hypo allergenic.

active ingredients: Octyl Methoxycinnamate, 2-Phenylbenzimidazole-5-Sulfonic Acid.

once a day, i use the tiny finger of BP for the regimen to treat my whole face. after about 15minutes i apply the moisturizer. i put it on my face and spread it around gently with my fingers. it burns quite badly, and my face remains white even after about an hour. am i doing anything wrong? or am i using the wrong moisturizer? my BP is clear and does not leave any traces of application.

even after about 1.5 hours after i apply neutrogena moisturizer, my face is still white(from the moisturizer)
wondering if anyone experiences this as well??

hi, im starting on CSR and i;ve heard the word active ingredients thrown about in the forum. i read that SA does not work well with BP. could anyone tell me other active ingredients to avoid in a cleanser and moisturizer while using CSR?

thanks
