Testerone

I've been getting back into lifting weights and taking the supplement ZMA. Of course these things increase my testerone by a lot so I am going to get some more acne, but oh well, a fitter healthier body with acne is better than a scrawny one with acne.

Well on to the point, testerone creates acne but it also helps the healing ability so would my redmarks dissapear faster?

Vinegar for shampoo

Can you just use white vinegar as shampoo? Would I have a need for shampoo if I did that?

Metrocream?!

My doctor gave me Metrocream, WHEN I DON'T HAVE ROSCEA. Would it be helpful to just acne and red marks?

Close to surface or deep?

If the white hurts when touch or stretched does that mean it's deep in the skin or close to the surface?

Hey my mom is pretty much forcing me to try Acuzine. I know there has been a lot of topics about this product but the posts I found didn't seem to help. Now tell me, is it going to do anything for my acne?
