Has anyone here done a colon cleanse? I'd be really interested to see if it could help my skin. I've seen some kits in the shops and online but they are all way out of my budget just now. Does anyone know of a safe and cheap way I can do this at home, like any herbs I can take or detox or something? thanks

I hate hate hate my cellulite.
I've had it bad for a few years, before that I hardly had any. What really annoys me is I do everything I can to avoid it and I still have it. I don't drink or smoke, I exercise everyday, I eat a very healthy diet, drink green tea everyday, dry brush my skin, massage my skin....but still I have terrible cellulite! I am on dianette at the moment and I've been taking the pill for about 6 years and I've heard that the oestrogen can cause cellulite but I don't really want to come off it because it seems to help my skin. Do you think it would go away if I stopped taking the contraceptive pill? I just don't know anymore! I'm so annoyed by it. I know I sound vain and ridiculous but it really gets me down. Any ideas?

I really wanted to try some goji berries, so I went and bought some from holland and barrett. They only had sun dried ones so I thought I'd try them. I tasted them and I'm not kidding they were one of the most digusting things I've tasted in a long time! Was this because they were sun dried or are just gross anyway?

I have decided as of next week, I'm going to significantly change my diet. I really want to see what an impact it makes on my skin. I'm already a vegetarian and I eat quite a lot of fruit and veg but I'm going to cut out all refined wheat and occasionally eat some wholegrain and I'm also going to eat as little dairy as possible. I'm not planning on doing this forever, but I'd love to see what kind of difference this makes. If I notice a really big improvement then I'll stick to it! What are other people's experiences with avoiding wheat and dairy? I have cut out wheat and dairy before a few years back for different reasons and noticed a really positive change in my energy levels, so it can't hurt!

I had braces when I was younger but since having them taken off 5 years ago my teeth have almost gone back to their original position. I know I need braces again. I have considered other options but money is a bit of an issue just now so I can't afford veneers or anything. I'm just not sure how I feel at the possibility of having to wear braces again at 20. Does anyone here wear braces? I'm pretty worried about being more spotty than I was as a teen and having a mouth full of metal! What do you guys think? Is it worth it? I keep telling myself I don't care what others think, but I think I do!
