Has anybodys scars gotten worse after dermarolling or needling?

The last time I dermarolled or needled my scars were a while ago and I think some of my scars (rolling scars) have gotten wider, changed shape, or even connected with one another. Am I imagining things or has this happened to anybody else?

Shiny Scarred Skin?!?!

on my left cheek where I have rolling scars and icepick scars, the surface of the skin looks shiny and has a kind of waxy appearance to it. Does any body else have this? What causes this to happen? so far the treatments that I have done in that area are chemical peels, tca peel, dermarolling and filler injection. Would any of these treatments cause this shiny skin problem? is there anything I can do to reverse it?

Does anything work for orange peel type scarring?

I think this is the type of scarring that I have. Has anyone had any success treating this? What can I do to make the texture smoother?

Weight Loss effect on scars?

I plan on losing about 10 to 15 lbs and start working out again to possibly build some muscle. Right now im 6 feet tall and 190 lbs so Im a bit chubby. I have a mix of boxcar, rolling, and icepick scars/scarred pores. Would losing weight make my scars look worse?

My theory is that it might make the scarred pores/ icepick look better since the skin would stretch less but make the rolling scars look worse because of the fat loss. Boxcar scars might look worse as well.

Has anybody notice their scars look better or worse after losing/gaining weight?

Can Somebody recommend me a good AHA for scarred pores?

Has anybody seen improvement with AHAs on their scarred pores? if so, can you recommend me on what to buy? Ive been doing tca peels lately and I think theyre helping, so I was thinking if I add an AHA that I can use more frequently, then maybe it can yield better results.
