A few clogged pores in my nose - like blackheads but totally black?

My acne has mostly subsided but I've been plagued with blackheads all throughout my nose and the surrounding skin. They're the typical darkish tpped kind which are mostly white or clear solid when pushed out. I had a few on my nose for the past week which looked different, though. There was no bump, so they were just "blackhead" -ish, but the whole area looked discolored due to how dark they were. They were all in the same spot (top of my nose) and were solid black. I was able to push them out today, and the entire bodies of them were black, not like regular blackheads. Any idea what these were? They had almost a bluish tint to the area.

Alternate cause for acne around lips/mouth?

I'm a 24 year old male and lately the only places I break out on my face around around my lips and mouth. I figured it was because no matter how carefully I eat my food, there will always be a little bit of oil/grease/food matter/etc. that gets on the skin and will clog the pores. Recently I started noticing when I had a pimple in the area and I probed the "back" of it with my tongue from inside my mouth I could feel a similar sized bumped on the inside of my mouth. A nervous habit I have involves sometimes biting the inside of my lip a little - is it possible infection could be spreading inside the skin from there, causing acne on the outside?

Should I rinse off apple cider vinegar after applying topically?

I've been using topical ACV for a few weeks now with very good results. I've just been applying it on my entire face with some tissues a few times a day and leaving it. Should I be rinsing it off afterward, though?

How does ACV reduce sebum production?

Is there any information on how ACV reduces sebum production and clears up skin?

Blackheads inside my ear

I used to get these when I was younger, and they've recently returned after not making an appearance for years. They only appear in the concha, nowhere else around my ear. I've always had good hygiene and wash/qtip my ears daily, how can I prevent these or remove them?
