2nd course accutane

I was on accutane may 2008- november 2008 (i started with 20 mg a day the first month and then the last few months i was on 80 mg a day). everything was fine until a couple of months ago when i started to break out again. so i am going to go on a second course.

Q: I didnt have any severe side effects during my first course. will i experience new side effects during my second course or will it be the same?

Q: I am on doryx. i read that there are major interactions for accutane and doryx. how long should i wait to take accutane after I stop doryx?

are these acne scars?

i think ive had these scars since i was about 14 or so (im 22 now). they look like pimples, they even have white heads but they arent (ive tried squeezing the hell of them a few times). im not sure exactly when each one formed and how they got there.
any information will help. thanks!

hypertrophic scars?? help!

ive had these scars for a very long time. im pretty sure they are hypertrophic scars (aka keloid scars) but im not sure, second opions? what is the best treatment for this type of scar? ive heard cortizone shots are the best, but expensive.
ive also been told that silicone gel sheets work well too. how well do these work? and how long do you usually have to wear them to start seeing improvement? and what is the best brand?
Also, im on accutane right now.. 80 mg a day. ill be done in a couple of weeks. are cortizone shots and silicone gel sheets safe while on accutane?
