I've searched for it, but couldn't find a clear answer, can AHA+ cause wrinkles? I've been starting to see some lines (even though I'm only 18), could this just be a coincidence or is AHA+ causing it? I'm using it twice a day..

Hey guys,
So right now I have a bottle with some zinc tablets, on tablet contains 15mg of zinc and like 0.75mg of copper, this seemed alright to me. Recently I found this post: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Zinc-take...20&start=20 and thought I might be using the wrong form of zinc? The tablets I'm taking contain chelated zinc instead of zinc gluconate, does this make a big difference?

I'm so sick and tired of having acne, it's like the minute things start to look clear, it get punched in the face with a load of acne again. I'm just so tired of all of it, so insecure sometimes, like right now when I have this huge zit on my forehead...don't even dare to look straight at people...and it itches like hell too. It's like, I know (or hope?) it'll be gone soon enough...but for now I can't take it, just wanted to rant to people that'd understand.

Hey guys,
I went to a doctor recently to ask if he had something against acne, obviously I know there aren't any cures that work a 100%, but my aunt insisted on my asking it and I had nothing to lose so I did. I got Benzoylperoxide (5%) and I started using it on wednesday, started using it that night (applying it at night only) and started using it in the morning aswell today. So far it actually seems to be working, my skin seems smoother, acne seems to be kind of disappearing (still seems a bit sketchy to me). But next to my skin becoming smoother, it also becomes very dry/flaky. Now I was wondering if anyone knows a moisturizer (which you're also supposed to use when using Benzoylperoxide, if I'm correct) that I can get in Holland/Europe? Before getting the Benzoylperoxide I used to wash my face with a facewash that was supposed to get acne under control (seemed to work pretty well to me), it has things like lactic acid in it etc. can I continue to use this facewash? If I'm correct the Benzoylperoxide loosens the upper layer of your skin (can't really find better words to explain it), the facewash (which contains scrub parts) should help me completly get rid of that skin then? Thanks for your time to read this and answer me |
