Adult Acne

Can someone please help I'm a 38year old female the past 6mouths i've been fighting with Acne of all sorts blackheads whiteheads and cycts. I never had a huge problem with Acne before. I have been to the doctor they had me on everything is working. I starting seeing that WHEN I COME ON MY PERIOD MY SKIN IS CLEAR YES CLEAR AND AS SOON AS MY PERIOD END I BREAKOUT ALL OVER THE PLACE UNDER THE JAW LINE AND FOREHEAD ALSO. This was never a problem before. Do anyone have a clue what could be going on. I'm sick of paying the $15 co pays and the $60 medication that don't work.
