Anyone have good results with Accutane?

I am a 28 year old woman with moderate to severe acne (mostly non-cystic ) on my face, neck, chest and back, which I have had for the last 16 years. I have tried all forms of treatment including any over the counter product you can name, 3 types of oral antibiotics, topical erythromycin, Retin-A, Differin, and birth control pills. Nothing has worked for more than a couple of months to control my acne. I am considering Accutane as my next step, because I am not keen on using spironolactone as it is a long term treatment and I have other health problems it may effect.

Are there any ladies out there in their 20's and 30's with my type of acne who have had success with Accutane? I am just wondering if there are ladies similar to myself who have had good results with Accutane before I make any decisions. Thanks for your input!
