I was so stressed eating a health diet, 2 days ago I just said "Fuck it". I put on some nice music, went to KFC, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut (I was deprived of my fast food! LOL). Relaxed, watched a few movies, went to a friends house.
My health deteriorated. Stress is not pleasant, but it's not the cause of all these health problems that people blame on EVERYTHING. Remember, I was feeling better and my acne was going away when I was eating the raw vegan diet.

This is the lining of a pig bladder which has been dried to create a powder form. It is rubbed on the location to stimulate new growth. That's right fellas! Go to your local pig farm, find a dead (eaten pig), get the bladder, scrap on the lining of the bladder, create a solution to create the bits into powder form, put on your scars.

Basically, I touched my face, noticing a blackhead came off (no scratching or anything damaging to my face). Now, I notice there is a hole where the blackhead was. I'm so worried this could be a scar.
I'm eating healthy natural foods to get rid of my acne, but I'm still worried. Could anyone tell me anything?

I think if you can take off the top layer of the skin, where the scarring is, then new skin will regrow there (without serious damage being done, just scraping off the top layer of the scar). Considering this, if you speed it up with some creams, then the skin could grow back to its original state.
Also, I have noticed there were times where my raised white scar had hairs growing out of it (hair follicles must be underneath, but the top layer is not healed correctly, so it is preventing them from growing).

I seem to have one raised scar, but I know that it is not a keloid scar or a hypertrophic scar, as I've seen pictures on Google. So what could it be?
