pleaseeeee help

Ok i may have asked some of you guys this question before but i really really need some help. i got a cortisone shot on a stupid freakin pimple not a cyst but a pimple. i know i shouldnt have but i had no idea what the risks were, all i was told was that it may or may not work but nothing about having a freakin hole on my face for months. my question is i got the shot may 1st 2007 it barely began to cave in late july. so for 2 1/2 months everything was fine no sign of a dent. then from july on until later october it got worse until suddenly in november it start to ever so slowly fill in. now february its very slightly still there but i wanted to know since they say it can take up to a year or so for cortisone induced dents to go away if mine will go away completely since it hasnt been a year yet. it has improved alottt since in this past 2 months so i guess im just looking for reassurance that it will continue to do so please any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. im taking all sorts of vitamins and bought a topical 20% vitamin C serum that i put on every night. any one with experience or advice please tell me if im on a good track to healing all the way. by the way i dont scar i dont have any other scars on my face besides this and i have done some brutal things to my skin before but fortunately i didnt scar. also im 23 years old female.

cortisone shots

for anyone who has gotten a cortisone shot and it caused a dent.. mine has begun improving a lot ive been getting saline shots bi weekly by dr sire. i know that most doctors say its temporary but my question is since mine has begun filling in very slowly should i just wait and see if it fills in all the way? im afraid that its gonna heal but not completely. its still a bit discolored which dr sire said was a good thing because it means its still doing something. by the way im not prone to scarring at all. please anyone with this experience help me out thanx

cortisone indentation

i wanted to know why some peoples indentations caused by the cortisone injection go away and fill in on its own and other peoples dont. is it because the cyst itself was there for a while and that caused the scar and not the actual injection? any info would be great

hey i just wanna know how long am i supposed to wait for this one indentation caused by the stupid cortisone injection until it pops back up? how come for some people it stays and for some people it goes away? i am not prone to scarring i actually dont even have acne i got the shot because i had a big mosquito bite and it was swollen and i was afraid if i kept on scratching it it would scar ( its on the apple of my cheek). im guessing for those people where the dent is permanent it was caused by the cyst itself and not really the shot (wishful thinking here) please tell me ur experiences and i have hope.. ill wait for 2 years i dont care i just wish i had a gaurantee that it would go away after 2 years.
