i read the acne.or review for ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) and every response seemed very positive
but i was wondering HOW ALA benefits acne-prone skin? and how much should a person take to see results?

it has been about 8 months post-tane.... my acne is definitely about where it used to be, but bit less severe... im still 17 and i probably have few more years until this is over... that means few more years for my skin to go bad ugh!
so i searched acne.org again, and i found that many people raved about the effect of B5 and/or pantethine for their oily skin and acne ok so i want to know if it really works before i go buy the supplements... any feedbacks on the Pantethine (how effective? how much to take? etc...)

ok so i am pretty convinced of the derivative form of B5, pantethine (not pantothenic acid), to help with my post-tane skin that is slowly coming back to its acne-prone state
but i want to know where i can find the supplements? my nearby rite-aid pharmacy has GNC section but i haven't been there so...

ok so i finished my sotret cours (5 months i believe) for my moderate acne
i didn't have any IB, and for a month or so i had a completely acne-free, normal skin (not oily) now it's been about 3 months post-tane, small pimples have popped up more and more frequently, so in panic i started using BP and dan's AHA+ just about every night but yeah just my short bio on my accutane journey... anyways, im only 17 and i was wondering about what age would the puberty stop so i can stop worrying about acne breakouts?? lol just little frustrated because it was the first time since the start of puberty that i had a clear skin for about 6 months, then it seems to be going away again...

well i am using AHA+ from dan's store for post-accutane use
but im not sure if it is effective or not because isn't AHA supposed to sting your skin a little first few times? but i experienced no stinging or burning at all when i first started using AHA+ it's also weird because when i used Neutrogena 8% glycolic lotion before accutane it stinged my skin for the first few days of use... so does that mean that AHA+ i received is not effective, or is it normal? |
