day 55 Accutane. NOT WORKING... YET ;(

hi im on 20 mg once a day and it is now day 55, and i am dissapointed to say that everything is getting worse
somedays it looks like it is getting better, but then ofcourse a few days later BAM!
it seriously looks like i have chicken pocks (or however u spell it) all over my face.

anyways my regimene includes cleansing morning and night with cetaphil daily cleanser and taking 1 X 20mg Accutane a day. (Roche Roaccutane)
it is a low dosage of accutane, which i asked my derm if i could take it twice a day but he said that 20 mg should be enough

im just curious if anybody has had a similar reaction to accutane and if they can tell me what to expect? and also what day/month should i expect to see results?

is Differin 0.3% available in Australia???

heyy, i need to know if differin 0.3% is available in australia? i have already been on differin 0.1% which worked ok for me but i really want to go on 0.3 as i need my acne to be gone by the end of the year and iv got a dermatologist appointment coming up soon

Also if anybody has any advice on a cleanser that helps prevent acne can you please suggest anything that can help? I am currently using Cetaphil Daily Cleanser which is not really helping my acne, so to say my skin.

2.5% SULPH AND 1% AC SAL

hi, i recently went to the dermatologist asking to please be placed onto roaccutane, but of course he didn't give it me as he thought my skin wasn't "bad enough" for it as i mostly have scarring.

So he instead gave me a night treatment cream that has 2.5% SULPH and 1% AC SAL (which i'm assuming is salicylic acid) and was wondering if anybody here on the forum has used the same treatment as this and has had any success with it?

i did research and the ingredients looks similar to the Bioelements Amino Mask treatment.

But yeah i'm still not sure if it is working..
