Is this normal? It feels fine texture-wise but it's constantly red. Nothing I've tried got it to go away.
Help?

my 1st regimen (or as far as i can remember):

morning:
cetaphil gentle skin cleanser
oxy cleansing pads
cetaphil facial moisturizer spf 15

night:

cetaphil gentle skin cleanser
clean & clear blackhead clearing pads
tea tree oil
cetaphil lotion

this was WAY too harsh for anyone's skin, even if you have oily skin. i don't know what i was thinking when i used two alcohol based products in one day but i did get a lot of compliments on my skin.

my 2nd regimen:

morning:
cetaphil gentle skin cleanser
cetaphil facial moisturizer spf 15

night:
cetaphil gentle skin cleanser
tea tree oil
cetaphil lotion
aloe vera

didn't really do anything... still got mild acne.

my 3rd regimen:

morning:
cleanse with water
lush tea tree water toner
clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel

night:
lancome bi-facil make-up remover
cleanse with water
lush tea tree water toner
clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel

exfoliate:
aspirin mask (3x/week)

my skin TOTALLY turned around after this (washing with just water). however, i don't know if it was hormones acting up or something but nearing my "time of the month" i got REALLY bad breakouts. other than that, no acne whatsoever.

my 4th regimen & current:
morning:
cleanse with water
lush tea tree water toner
clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel

night:
lancome bi-facil make-up remover
aveeno clear complexion cream cleanser
lush tea tree water toner
bio-oil

exfoliation:
baking soda & water mixture (2x/week)
st. ives apricot scrub (1x/week)

methods i am going to try:
oil cleansing method
apple pack (korean)
tomato pack (korean)
carrot pack (korean)
egg whites pack (korean)

right now, my skin is where i want it to be. except, i broke out pretty badly but still considered mild acne due to stress from exams. i just started using aveeno clear complexion cream cleanser and at first i didn't think it was really doing anything but it really did help tone down the redness in my skin. i'm happy with it. i want to try more natrual skins masks and tone down my regimen. my mom is korean and grew up in korea and uses ~8 products on her face. i used to do the same however i want to stop as i don't think that is good for my skin. however, koreans are big on facials, masks etc so i will try some of those to see if they work..

I first had acne when I was 9 (early I know) and it was only on my forehead. I didn't really care at the time so I didn't pick at it and it when I was 11. Then, I started having breakouts when I was in 7th and 8th grade. The summer after 8th grade, I developed allergies and that mixed around with my acne. Btw, the acne I had was really really mild. Right now, I'm a sophomore and I am 99% clear, because I have blackheads but it's not visible to the naked eye. I also get a few on the skin pimples here and there.

I had allergies 2 weeks ago and I used the bare minimum on my skin. I found it did a lot more than what I used before (which had alcohol), so I changed my regimen.

So here's my current regimen.

Morning:
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Clinique Dramatically Different Gel OR Cetaphil Lotion SPF 15

Night:
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Tea Tree Oil (If I have blemishes)
Cetaphil Lotion

This is working amazing for me, which I wouldn't have believed a month ago.

Recently, I have a couple of pimples and I had never exfoliated before so I decided to try it. I exfoliated about 2-3 times a day for just less than a week. And today, I realized I developed these very small red bumps on my forehead and left cheek. Is this a sign of over exfoliation? And does anyone know a quick way to get rid of it as I am starting school in three days. Thank you!
