growing out of acne

ok im 21 had acne since i was 11, over the last year my acne hasnt been as bad as usuall. I also stoped dans regimen a year ago (duno if thats why). but anyway how would i know if im growing out, do you just stoping getting them one day or would it be a process of getting less and less until i dont get any more. thanks

Vitamins cleared my acne.

I take vitamin c , zinc, vitamin a , and vitamin e tablets everyday. Ok ive been on the regiem for over a year and it helped me a bit but i was always waking up with puss filled spots almost everyday.
i started taking vitamins about 2 months ago and my skin has completly cleared up , still cant belive it. i was still using the bp gel while taking them but i went on holdidays recently for 2 weeks and forgot dans gel and i didnt get 1 spot. when not using it. has this worked for anyone else?

Ok guys im off the doctor again next week , iv already had doxycycline and tetracycline and theyve done nothing, what else might he give me and are they any good if any you know, cheers people

Anti biotics and regimen

Ok ive been on the regimen for months and it hasn't really worked that well for me ,anyway, i started taking anti biotics today for my spots, ok you know the way the tablets will push the acne to the surface and BP stops them coming up ,is it a good idea to continue using BP, or would this be a bad combination ??
