weird side effect??

I'm about to begin using Accutane, but I've been using Differin Gel for about a month. Recently, very tiny white head looking bumps have popped up. These are so tiny that I have to get very close to the mirror to see them and they are pretty much everywhere, I mean I have a lot. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this. Are these going to go away or will they turn into larger bumps?

Future Accutane user

Hi, I'm going to be starting Accutane in a couple of weeks and I'm terrified. I'm really worried about it making my face worse. Everything that I've read about Accutane says that it makes your face much worse. I went to the derm today and the nurse said it does make it worse. Then I talked to the doctor and she said that most of her patients don't get worse, but if I'm worried about it she will put me on Prednisone for the first month to help with inflammation. Anyway, I'm just wondering if you guys can tell me about the side effects you experienced? Thanks a million!!
