ino this isnt about acne or anything like that but i dont think i get better or nicer responces from anywhere else than on here so thats why ime posting this on here
i broke up with my girlfriend about 2 months ago however i really carnt seem to get over her. she was honestly the best thing that ever happned to me. now we still talk an are find around all our other friends but i still like her so i dont know what to do. the other day i got told by another 2 girls that she still likes me but i dont really belive them tbh . just really looking for advice on what to do about her and should i tell her that i still like her ??

pleaseeeee anybody help me !!!
i really feel down at the min because although ive completely cleared my face 100% an pritty much all my red marks an scars have dissapeared , my face always seems to be red an hot it does stop sometimes an then i feel great with normal spot free skin but i really need help. so has any one got any tips on things to do or eat or some tablets to take or anything to help me reduce redness ?? .

hey guys this is my first post so ile just give some info first. Well ime a 15 year old male from england and have had acne sine about 12 i think. Ive now been on the regiment for about 2 months and a half and ive got to say it has been the best thing ever, ime all clear and have so much confidence and joy not just for gettin rid of the acne but for now having compition over me by girls .So now ime going to start the longish road now attempting to get rid of my red marks.
Anyway i have just been wondering recently, if diet drinks like diet coke or diet sprite etc. could send my acne off, because i know that sugar can affect acne but because the diet versions do not have any sugar will the same still apply or will the sweetners in it still have the same effects ?
