Saline injections for cortisone dent

I've posted so much about my cortisone dent so I'm sure some people are sick of hearing about it... but i can't express how depressed i am about it. I haven't gone out with my friends in about 4 months... since I got the corisone injection in March. My self confidence just doesn't exist anymore. Let me start by saying my skin is now perfectly clear at this time... other then this dent that is dead center in between my forehead a little above my eyebrows. I got restylane injected into it... which felt gross and disapeared after less then a month and i now have a dent once again. So that questions for anyone who knows what they are talking about..? i need all the help I can get. I am rediculously depressed. I'd be so happy if this dent wasn't here... I'd be out enjoying the summer nights. Its been 4 months since my injection and it basically looks like i have a finger print dent on my forehead..... i can feel the uneven dent and im getting so sad that this will be here forever.... even though i've read/heard that it goes away with time. Uh.. i am so depressed from waiting.

I was wondering....... Has anyone had any experience with Saline injections? Does a series of saline injections help the dent go away???

I feel like sometimes the dent looks better but in other mirrors.... not at all! I feel like the dent has gotten so much deeper and continues too. Uh this is horrible to me. I mean months have gone by and it just has gotten worse.

I know i've posted alot i'm sorry but any info that people have with experience with cortisone atrophy and with saline injections would be great. Thanks so much for anyone who is reading this/ responds.... any info what so ever would be great. Thank you. Juicy--

Cortisone Dent

I haven't been on in a while... since i've beeen actually o.k with my skin since I've been on Batrim. But that's only a temporary fix i know. Anyways i was wondering if anyone had experienced at dent from a cortisone shot. I've posted before...but I rec'd a cortisone injection on March 3rd and I never rec'd one before... I just did it this time because my cyst was really big. The derm NEVER told me about the possible side effect of denting... because trust me if I knew this.. I would have never I mean never gotten it. The cyst was going away on its own and prob would have with in a week I was just impacient. But to this day i regret getting that cortisone so so much. Anyways in the begginning of April I started to notice some discoloration and slowly a dent appeared. A biiig dent... since the Derm injected the cyst 2 times. soo the dent was pretty big. Anyways... as April and May passed the dent was getting more obvious... and its right in between my eyes. Try to tell me how to hide that. It is absolutely depressing.... exspecially since my skin in finially OK to deal with. It's like I'll never be happy. The derms i've spoke with say to me that they think it will go away with time...and plump back up to normal. But obviously I'm still worried and doubt it sometimes. Anyhow I thought it was starting to look better.. but then in certain lights it doesn't and the discoloration (it's like a dark discoloration) make's it look worse. Yesterday I got restylane injected into it. I was told that restylane does not interrupt any healing that would happen on it's own. And even the lady that injected me didn't think i'd need to come back and get another injection because it should heal on it's own. Yet i'm still worrried. This is very depressing to me

Ok so enough rambling. I just want to hear lots of stories with cortisone injections and atrophy.. I want to hear other peoples stories. The restylane did plump up the dent but the discoloration is still visable soooo is there anything I can do about that. It feels kinda of gross with a filler under my skin as well. It feeels a little better today and you can't really feel it like I could yesterday.... but still weirds me out a lil. i wish i never got a cortisone shot..and was aware of the side effects. I won't be happy until this is 100% healed. So fingers crossed. 2009 has not been a good year.

Day 73 on Tane & stiiiiilll breaking out :(

So anything would be great right about now.. because I'm just sooo downnnn in the dumps Sooooo its day 73 and I THOUGHHTTTTT BY NOW... id see some great improvement atleasttttt. BUT since I started Tane things have only been downnnnn hill. I know I know things get worse before they get bettter.... BUT Uh i just want my life back and I haven't been out in forever because my skin just suuuuucks. Soooo my skin wasn't always that horrible... just very inconsistant and sometimes it would be really goood then sometimes really bad. soooo i started Tane.... anyways about 3 weeeks or so into tane... I got alllll these little blocked pores on my cheeeeks which was very very new to meeee.. i never really had issues on my cheeeks.. But im assuming this was everything coming out of my skin??? Idk but i had about 3743749 lil clogged pores that when you tilt you head you can seee them. BUT yaaaaa.....so for the last 2 months my cheeks keeep breaking out and the little clogged pores get inflamedddd. Its so frustrating. When will it enddddddd? Day 73 and im stillll not happy with my skin what so ever. I'm halfway through my 3rd month........so i guess really its been about 2 and half month right???? day 73 and still depressssed..waaah. Soooo anyways when do things start improving and loooking up......atleast in other ppls experiences... anything and everything would be greaaaat. Thanks---JuIcyGiRL<3

heyyy everyone... OKKK the more answers the betttttttter. So please anyone... anything would be greaaaaaaaaat.

So I never really get cortisone shots ....but when I started Accutane for persistant acne.... I got a cortisone shot for a reallllly big cyst in betweeen my eye brows pretty much. But anyways this was at the end of Febuary and the cyst went down reallly realllly quick. And as March and April went by I started to notice a DENT! more towards the beginning of April did it become very very obvious there was a dent Sooooo i was like what the heck is this from..... then I heard that this could happen with cortisone shots. I was so depressssed. And I heard its because of fat cell shrinkage or something...but it should go back to normal.... with time. I saw my derm and he said it should go back to normal with time toooo. But I want to hear if this happend to other people toooo? Because its making me so depressssed. And my derm saying ooooh it should go back to normal..isnt enough for me. In a way it seeems to be getting better but idk..... anythinggggg. Thankkkksssssss xoxo

Topicals with Accutane???

Sooo i was wondering if anyone used topicals with accutane??? I'm not sensative yett at alllllll...Ive gone tanning several times..the max time and haven't burned what so ever. Anyways I went on tane because I kept getting cysts. Luckily one at a time but huuuuge ones...and some inflamed ones too. But my face was always a mess in my eyes. Accutane has brought sooo many little ones up everywhere ...which is new to me. I remember when I started Yaz this happend as well....but yiikes so many little ones...and some or mossssst have been became inflamed...and its pissin me off. I have so so many litttle ones and it seems like they allllll become inflamed eventually.. blaaah.

NEWAYS.... my question was has anyone used topicals with tane in the beginning???? I used some benzol peroxide this morning hoping it will get rid of the small ones....but i don't know. This has been a hard 2 months so far...hopefully tane kicks in...this breaking out thing really killllls me.
