I get Internal 500 server error each time I try to uplaod a new picture in my gallery is this common or my fault?

Guys Ive got some Vitamin A capules and now im using alot of cod liver oil I will not be taking them. Im now going to open the caps up and use them on any active spots and was thinking has anyone else done this? like all over their face? Or has anyone used other supplements like this like I bet Vitamin E would be good? Or even Cod liver oil? Cos Ive a crap load of all of these.
