Sal Abrasion

My derm wants me to do Sal Abrasion (sorry if spelling is wrong..). It's pretty costly seeing as I have no insurance and will need 2-3 days off from work for the redness to go away. I was wanting some opinions from people who have had it done. What exactly do they do in this procedure? Does it hurt and how long until I would be able to use makeup? I refuse to leave my house without it. Last but not least, is it very helpful for cystic acne/ scars?

Differin..

I've been using differin .3 for around 3 weeks now, and notice a small improvement. Has anyone had good results or got clear using it? Just curious, I've read that quite a few people have broke out worse around the 1 month mark....

Anyone Using/ Has Used Differin

My derm gave me Differin .3 gel last week so I decided to do a little research. Reading through this site and others, I've not found that people have good results with this. I'm freaking out because I've saw where many have seemed to breakout worse and/or develop cysts. My face has probably 10 cysts or so along with more acne/blackheads @ the moment. This is after a week of use but not caused by the differin. So my question to those reading is...has anyone @ all had good results with differin? I am humiliated by my skin already and don't think I could handle more cysts coming up! A small IB yes I could get through if it went away. Seriously debating stopping right now and going back to the derm....Any personal experience good or bad please post.

Differin Q's

So, went to the derm yesterday and we're done w/ aczone. lol Didn't do a thing for me. Now I've switch to differin and was wondering about the IB. How many have had one using this, about when did it start, and how bad? My skins looking pretty horrible right now and I just want to know what to expect. Thanks bunches!

Does anyone wear makeup to the dermatologist appts? They have a pic from my first appt, and makeup really doesn't do much for me anyhow. Because I'm so uncomfortable even in makeup, I think I'm going to wear it to my appt (without it is much worse!). Just wondering if anyone else does?
