I'm looking for a paraben-free, fragance-free, oil-free, toxic-free natural tinted moisturizer.
I check at http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com for toxic levels of products... but I can't seem to find a nice one that I can find somewhere at like Sephora.
I was hoping to just go with a tinted moisturizer or a foundation only... i think powder will look really obvious that i'm wearing make up

I'm all about healing acne internally...
But as we are cleansing and avoiding certain foods that may aggrevate acne, I am also aware that external application does indeed affect our skin.
What I don't understand is that if I am to heal my acne by fixing the internal problems, why is it that external application always do affect my skin?
For example: I eat a big mac, next day I breakout. That would be an internal force. But If I were to apply an oil or some sort, say, jojoba oil (which just broke me out recently yet again), and I'd also breakout aswell.
So I'm susceptible to breaking out from both internal and external forces?
How would this affect others who are not affected by internal forces? Such as someone who lives on big macs but has perfect skin. If he were to apply bacon lard all over his face, would he also not break out?

I've always been concerned with what I ate and avoided many foods that has triggered acne. Recently, I've started a whole body detox and have started adding green smoothies and certain fats and supplements such as Cod Liver Oil, and Total EFA. I've started the detox because I was convinced that my body was releasing toxins through the skin because my organs weren't performing very well.

Last weekend I visited my cousin, whom had pretty bad acne. However, when I saw him last weekend, I was shocked at how clear he had gotten. He had always ate a very unhealthy diet consisting of many kinds of fastfoods. So the first thought that came to mind, was that he had changed his eating habits and started some kind of regimen. So I asked him, and he told me he still ate the same diet and he had not done anything much externally.
I was speechless, motionless, thoughless for about 5 minutes.
How can he eat all this garbage and still have clear skin? When I think about eating 1 unhealthy meal I always predict the next breakout.
I understand acne formation varies for many people, and I know he had a much different kind of acne than I had, but we were both prone to breakouts and I just can't understand my theory on acne anymore.
Any insights would be much appreciated.

I was thinking of doing a liver flush, but from this site http://www.absoluteacneinfo.com/guide.html , they suggest that you start by getting your bowels moving and doing a parasite cleanse, also a diet change. I'm very interested in the information provided here, because a lot of the research matches the suggested information from this site.

Although he (from the site) suggests these products, I don't think he actually makes any profit from this because all of the products are from different companies and non-related. As well as his mentioning of Carlson's Cod liver oil, which is known to be the best quality by a lot of people here as well.

Has anybody tried the following products: 4 Total Cleanse, Total EFA, and Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse?

I am a long time user of Dan Kern's Regimen, including his products. I have been on this regimen for over 2 years, and during that time I was almost always clear.
The only product I've switched around are the moisturizers, and the other products were always held constant (Cleanser, BP).
During the past 6-7 months, I've constantly been breaking out with mild whiteheads. I really can't say what is causing this. I've been doing some desperate research, trying to edit my diet, switching back to my OLD moisturizer (the ones that kept me clear for over a year), yet it always seems to come back.

Any long time users notice any decrease in efficiency with the regimen? Yes I've read the FAQ's, Yes I've been extra careful with the regimen, and Yes I have read that your skin cannot possibly become resistant to the BP. Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would also like to ask the long time users what they are planning to do in the future for their skin?
I believe acne is an internal problem. I just realized, by using topicals to treat my acne will only remain to be temporary, and that I should find the root of the problem. Cure the cause instead of the symptom.

Lol, I'm sure Junsu wouldn't have the time (nor permission) to freely post with his identity on public places like this (and I'm sure his English would be a bit more broken too).
Anyhow, I have tons of flaws in comparison to him, but thanks though, it really makes me feel better :D

Haha, of course NOT! XD Eternal called me that as a joke, cuz I have a slight resemblance to him (and we've been talking about TVXQ before). I am a really big fan of TVXQ and their music though.
