*Just starting PC BHA, Need Help Please!

Hi, my problem is a lot of blackheads on my face. They just keep coming. Especially the forehead/temple area. I want these blackheads to go away and stay away. I very rarely get inflamed acne. My problem is blackheads/clogged pores.


In the pinned topic "A non-inflamed acne regimen", it is recommended that an exfoliate be used in the day, and a Benzoyl Peroxide Gel be used at night.


I just started applying PC BHA 2% daily, and am wondering if I need to add a Benzoyl Peroxide Gel? What other products do i need to add to my regimen? The only topical I am using is the PC BHA.

Probiotics Interfere with Antifungals?

I have read that taking probiotics at the same time as antifungals

(oil of oregano, olive leaf, grapefruit extract, garlic, etc)

cancels out benefits of both the probiotic and the antifungal.


If I plan on taking antifungals, when can I add in probiotics?

- Help - I have folliculitis+blackheads

Hello, my problem is blackheads around my face and folliculitis on my face/chest/back


1. Are my blackheads resulting from the folliculitis or do I need to treat it separately? I tend to have an oily face


2. What is my plan? (topicals? supplements?)

Just started taking Fiber, Face has become more Oily - help?

Hello, I am taking 6 Psyllium Husk Capsules in the morning (started 2 days ago and I take it with plenty of water) and I notice that it is making my face more oily. Acne wise - maybe a few blackheads have popped up since.

Does anyone know if this means the fiber is working to help my acne or if I should be concerned with the increase of oil on my face. My skin is normally fairly dry. I also haven't changed anything else in my lifestyle.
