I am a 27 year old male. I had cystic acne on my back with the onset of puberty. I took accutane which basically took away most of my acne (still get a vary occasional cyst). Unfortunately the accutane left my with terrible scarring on my back. 80% of my back has scars. Some of them are as much as an inch and a half in diameter. I have had lazer treatment and steroid injections to lesson the scars. Most recently I tried tattoo needling.
