I agree with nappyjim, if I only had acne like that or got down to that I would be about and about lol. Been reading your log and it has helped me here. Just over a week now on CSR and have been kind of questioning the regimen because I breakout.

Guys, I'm sorry I haven't been in touch with you for the last couple of months, because things have just been crazy down here. I need to get my life sorted out :/ In the past two months I've quit 2 jobs plus I've moved to another end of the country, resulting in me not having any internet connection for two full weeks. I would've never thought I could become addicted to anything, but apparently I'm addicted to... The net gasp.gif Sounds weird.

Oh well, on to the more relevant topic. I've been wanting to post my success story for quite a while now, but I kept postponing it because I was still kinda breaking out every once in a while, so I figured I couldn't really call it a success story. It really did piss me off, because I would break out for like 2 days, then those zits would stay there for like a week to 1½, then I'd be perfectly clear for 3 days at max, then I'd break out again. I then went to 'researching' the matter, mainly going through my diet, though finding no relation whatsoever. I continued onward with my quest and finally thought to myself 'Dude, you're still using your frickin' BODY lotion on your darned face!'. As I now live only one block away from a big health/beauty store called Matas, I didn't think twice before heading down there to find myself a new moisturiser. I stumbled upon something of Matas' own brand (Den turkise stribede, til jer danskere) which is a moisturiser against spotty skin, containing camomile and vitamin B3. While I was down there I also acquired a spot-stick, containing B3, camomile and chlorhexidine(sp?). As always I was very excited to try these new products to see if they were any good. Later in the evening I did my nightly CSR routine, this time with my new moisturiser. I was very happy to see that it rubbed way more easily into the skin, and left the skin a lot softer and not at all 'leathery'. I finished off by applying the spot stick to the worst spots and went to sleep.

To my amazement, when I woke up the spots that I applied that stick thing to were miraculously gone, leaving no scars or any signs at all, and my skin was feeling oh so soft. But hey it might just be a coincidence, so I then applied some more spot stick to my other few spots. In the evening, that day, guess what..? The spots were way lessened and nearly gone.

Now, having used the new moisturiser and spot stick for around a week, I AM perfectly clear. In fact I can't point out a single spot, and if I get any, I'll just zap it with my new magic (enchanted? gasp.gif) spot stick. My skin is also much more smooth than ever before. Now I'm just hoping that my currently clear skin isn't just pure coincidence, but that my solution actually helps.

This saturday I will top off my reasearch by drinking one litre (~34oz) of milk and see what happens. I always found myself breaking out a few days after drinking/eating dairy, but that could be a coincidence too, so now I'll put it to a test. I'll keep you updated with the results.

Of course smile.gif Here you go http://www.matas.dk/De+Stribede/Ansigtsple...den+parfume.htm

It's most likely on the shelf among all the other turquoise-striped products.

Okay, so dairy DID break me out. This past weekend I've eaten more than 2 litres of it, and this tuesday I could see the negative effects going from two weeks clear to having 3 new pimbles. Oh well, I guess it was good to get that clarified, and I'll now stay away from those and try again in a couple of years.
