There's no argument that cigarettes are bad.

Anyways what I've found has been fading my marks faster seems to be taking lots of MSM, spirulina (very high in beta carotene, same thing that makes carrots good for you), and exercise. The neat thing about beta carotene is that if you take it in high amounts as in spirulina, it acts as a natural SPF. Not much though, only like SPF 5 or so, but the point is it still does a small part in protecting your face from the sun internally. Spirulina's also got chlorophyll in it in high amounts, and GLA which helps skin repair and balances hormones I believe. You should think about it after your liquid chlorophyll runs out if you're interested smile.gif It comes in pills and powders.

what didnt you like about the liquid chlorophyll? does it have antioxidants in it like you said? what is MSM .. ill think about getting spirulina .. can you juss buy that at like a local store or is it soemthing you cna only buy over the net?

Liquid chlorophyll is great. But the thing is it's a semi synthetic version of chlorophyll, which is what makes plants green obviously. The real name of it is chlorophyllin. I get plenty of regular chlorophyll now by drinking wheatgrass juice and spirulina. Yes, chlorophyll(in) has been shown to be a powerful antioxidant in lab tests so that's on target. The thing I didn't like about liquid chlorophyll is it gets expensive to take a lot of it and it's ONLY the chlorophyll, whereas spirulina is a whole food with a whole assortment of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, chlorophyll, GLA, high quality protein, etc. so to me that makes it a much better value and just something I'd rather spend my money on. Ideally you could take both but I don't wanna spend that money basically. Spirulina you can buy at a local health food store. MSM is a form of dietary sulfur - it helps a lot of different things in your body, one of those being hair skin and nails. There's plenty of other good things it does but I won't get into those. It's pretty healing stuff. Both of these things will detox you too.

Anyways to everyone else reading this thread sorry about the complete off topicness! Probably should have used a PM.

P.S. Just for relevence sake, both of these do a good deal of lessening the damage cigarettes can have on your health, especially spirulina.
