Add a enough baking soda in a plate, mix with water until a cream.
Apply on face and leave it on, stinging may occur, BUT DONT GIVE UP!
Let it dry on your face and leave it there for an hour or so (go watch some tv, play on the comp).
After the hour is done with, wet face (make sure you are just rewetting the baking soda leaving it on your face) and watch the baking soda go back to the cream form, then slowly and carefully massage your face for about 60 seconds!
COUNT SLOWLY! Wait about 10min and you will see your face loook a lot more healthier, and red spots do decrease tremendously

I used it with Delnas regimen for almost 2 weeks, I didnt see any improvement for my redmarks which I have had 7+ months. Maybe I should use it longer? What do you think? Does it only fade the redmarks, or can it permanently get rid of them over time?
Thanks man
The only thing i can think of on why it's not working for you is because either you aren't leaving it on long enough, or you are scrubbing to hard, the baking soda has little crystal like 'cells' and if you rub to hard it will just make your red marks worse, thus you do it slowly and gently.

There are many kinds of Baking soda types and brands to choose from. Which one did you originally use for your task?
All purpose?
Or
Arm & Hammer branded?
I used Arm & Hammer, but the all purpose should work fine as well.

Any brand in specific? Also how long should I wait to see results, I just got some redness on my chin, it's not bad, but I hate wearing make up haha
Any brand should work, Arm and Hammer is what I use.
i leave mine on like overnight, but frankily, my skin is smoother but red marks are still apparent. any advices?
Just give it time, is all i can say, because it balances the ph in your skin making it easier for your skin to heal/recover.

Is bicarbonate of soda something totally different?

Also, does the baking soda have any effect (good or bad) on active acne?
And, how many times does this process usually need to be repeated? (i know its obviously different for everyone that does it)
THANKS!

Has anyone ever tried exfoliating using this regimen with either a Toothbrush or battery operated device like an exfoliating handheld brush?
I would advise not to do so, because it just will irritate the acne even more, using your fingers should do just fine because of the crystal cells that baking soda has.

See delna's long thread about baking soda for more info.
Also, if you have problem getting them to stick, add aloe vera gel instead of water. Sticks like wonder!
