put bp on when u tan as a mask/sunscreen-esque. Somehow this kills acne faster and makes it look more camoflauged.

Your talking about VanishingAct by DS correct. Anyway don't suggest certain time intervals because it really depends on the level of tanning bed, skin type and what lotion your using! Ask the tanning supervisor, they will be able to help ya out.

So when you guys go to the tanning salon do you say your going so as to get help with your acne and show them, which is a bit embarassing or just say you want a tan.

SpotMeOut, Tell them you would like to tan- its probably evident you have acne and none of their business to know anyway. Decide the level, the higher the number the darker the tan and the less you burn/ (bronze) but its more expensive. They might ask about the lotion situation just say you have some or they will guilt you into buying the most expensive lotion they carry, I'm not a fan of samples either (buy it on the internet.)

Ah well, I just walked in and told them I had acne on my back (have no sign of acne anywhere else as well) and heard sunbeds can help. So,they put me in one off those stand up tan machines. Didn't get any levels or anything like that just put a token in the machine and got 5mins. Anyway I'm going back 3 times next week before I go on holiday and hit the beaches for some proper treatment. I'll keep youz posted!
