I've been using UT for a few months now, it has been by far the best solution to my acne that I have found.
It dries up my acne without causing my skin to over produce oil and my skin looks great.

Quick question for those who know something about this

I have been using urine therapy for a week, and it certainly made my skin look better, however but also alot of painful white heads appeared on my chin

Now I certainly can't see how urine can create white heads, however I am at loss for an exaplanation?

Could be because it is bringing out all the pimples faster than they usually would?

Could be related to diet or stress?

@anonymous5 thanks for replying

Could be stress, because im submitting my college apps and all that great stuff

i doubt its diet because for about 2 month i have been on a dermatologist diet.

Oh and all of it is concentrated around the chin and surrounding area

a breakout in the beginning of urine therapy is very common it seems, happened for me too, so its probably just old zits coming above the surface smile.gif

Well I just tried this. All over my face, and then drank a mug to boot. I'll keep up with it for a couple days and see if anything happens.

I have so far, after 2 weeks now, seen very nice improvement. Less breakouts, a more even complexion and super soft skin smile.gif

I'm a model and when It comes to skin in this industry.. it needs to be a 100% clear. If you don't have clear skin --> You can't model, it's as easy as that. I've been having weird breakouts these last few months and I've been trying everything!! Some of my friends who are also models use UT and they have unbelievably clear and beautiful skin. It grossed me out a bit I didn't have anything to lose. Either I had clear skin or no bookings and jobs. The choice was easy. I only use it topically and I'm dumbfounded by the results! My skin is now flawless!! It's smooth, it glows and my tone is even. It works incredibly fast and I'd recommend it to everyone. Sure it's pee. but god is it worth it! biggrin.gif

I drink my urine. I use it as an enema solution. I rub it on my skin. It is a wonder and a miracle drink. There is nothing toxic about our urine. It contains everything from our food that our body didn't need at the time it was filtered by the kidneys (enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and most importantly for acne, hormones.)

If you think urine is a waste product you have the education of a ten year old. It can cure all ailments. Search urine therapy and bask in all it's glory.

The general public is not informed of this because doctors withhold the information. Why? Because the government is evil and they will withhold any truths if it means less money up their ass. Period.

To answer an earlier post by Timko, I get the little painful white heads too. I assume its because theyre coming to the surface quickly because of the UT.

I'm not going to get into the 'debate' on urine therapy - but I am a holistic health practitioner with certifications in a myriad of healing modalities. There is validity to UT.

I'd simply like to suggest further reading for ya'll - it's the best book I've found on UT - and it cites research - not just 'flight of fancy this stuff is so cool'.

The book is Your Own Perfect Medicine by Martha M. Christy

Another good book is The Complete Guide to Urine Therapy by Coen van der Kroon

The first book is much more medically/scientific research based - the second book is much more of a 'how to' and PR type publication.

Both are available on Amazon - and elsewhere, I'm sure.

Hope this helps someone! smile.gif

The original poster (albeit 3-4 years ago) said they were using tretinoin in the morning and BP at night....THIS IS WRONG!

No wonder it didn't work for them!

Some of you guys are willing to try gnarly drugs that have severe side effects but pussy out on applying your OWN urine on your face.
Great job Jackson, it's working good for me, too. I got the urine advice from my grandma.

Yup I've been drinking my morning peepeee for a year now, and it's been nothing but beneficial for me. I plan on doing it for the rest of my life, especially since nowadays I can down it like water. The only thing urine therapy doesn't cover is getting rid of acne scars!

PS: I'd love to meet a woman who pracs UT smile.gif

UPDATE: OK so it's been a while since I actually drank my piss, BUT only because I really don't need to anymore. However I will be doing a week long fast soon, so I'll be drinking it up again for all the benefits.

Is it bad to urinate in a bottle and use it for 2 day's treatment? I seem to have a couple new spots coming up? Also how long will the acne that's "coming to the surface", last?
