I was kidding.
Yea, just let it go away on its own. I've had it once or twice in my nostril and also in my ear before too. Not much you can do about it, its not like you can start snorting bp to clear it up.

I may get yelled at for this, but there's nothing quite like one of Mom's remedies. Sterelize a bobby pin (you know a hair pin) then GENTLY press down on one side of the bump with the looped end. The zit should just about explode out. In the nose, this will hurt, make you sneeze, and probably make your eyes water. Get someone else to do your ears. Just don't press too hard too many time or you could cut this tender skin. This method also works on blackheads.

Grrrr I hate those! I had one beginning Tane and it hurt like a motherF. If I can get my hands on it I pop those bastards to relieve the pain.

Agreed. I get them inside my nose as well, and I just leave them alone. They go away in about two or three days (for me, at least.)

I haven't had those in years but I fixed them by putting witch hazel on a tissue and applying it to the pimple in my nose a few times a day.
