hello eusa_angel.gif , im an 18 year old lad from london. i came across dans regimen, it all looks quite impressive and seems to work for alot of people so heres hoping it will do for me. basicaly i ve decided to order dans BP becuase it seems to be the best(thats the feeling i get from this board?). but im wondering about the cleanser soap(that ill need to shave with, to create the lathe) and the moisture lotion, which ones should i get and where do i get them from? can i use coca butter cream with vitamin E as the moisture lotion?

any help would be really appreicated. thanks. smile.gif

ps i would say im mild to moderate, but define mild/moderate?

Some cleansers that people use in the UK are:
Pears soap (a bar but many people find this drying)- http://www.britsuperstore.com/acatalog/Pea...ransparent.html
Boots ACT cleansing bar (again a few people find this drying) http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details....oductid=1032669
Simple Really Creamy Foaming Facial Wash- http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details....oductid=1026310
Dove cleansing bar- http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details....oductid=1008584

And in my opinion the best moisturiser is Euerin dry skin relief face cream- http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details....oductid=1029095 except because it contains an AHA you maybe shouldn't use it until a few weeks into the regimen, to start off with you could use maybe Boots ACT non-oily moisturiser- http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details....oductid=1033997

All of these are available from Boots

Hope this helps and good luck with the regimen smile.gif

Your welcome! And it worked for me, just be prepared to stick with it through the first stages becuase it will be worth it in the end! Also, just a thought, if you don't want to have to wait for your CSR gel to arrive you could start the regimen with a BP available over here, and then switch smile.gif

erm lets see..

it depends where ur applying to 2b honest..

if i was u id apply a half index finger for the lowerhalf of ur face an teh same above..

i only apply to my chin so i use just less than half an index finger..

watch dans videos man, they are the best way to get an idea.
ul kno if uve applied too much coz it wil take AGES to massage in2 ur skin.

start with prob a 1/4 of a finger for lower part of ur face.

u shud be alright tho coz dans bp is vgood
Whats that dan? uve got somethin to say??

tinydan.gif"oh yes thats right dami3n my bp is the dogs bollocks"

woah easy on the language there dan.! hehe

My BP usually takes about 1 1/2 weeks to arrive, so it should be with you soon! Also remember to only start with a small amount and slowly work your way up to minimise the initial side effects e.g. redness and dryness! smile.gif

Yea don't worry its normal, over the next week you will probably start to experience the effects of your skin getting used to BP like the dryness etc. But remember dont let this put you off- try to stick with it and things should get better! smile.gif

thats how much i use for the lower half of my face including neck

an mine lasts around a month
imo its good seeing as the act bar wil last u 2-3months
an dans bp wil last 2-3 months

so u pay sorta £10 a month for clear skin
an then the odd £20 now and again
its wel worth it in my opinion

Hi! Don't worry about the dryness and flaking I was SOOOO dry at the start of the regimen and still had flakes after I moisturised but it does get tons better, just give it time! But to try and make it look better at the moment after youve had a shower try very gently rubbing a towel over the flakes to try and remove them, but remember be gentle- you don't want to aggrivate your skin!

And if your seeing improvement already thats great, it will only get better with time- youre lucky some people don't see results for months, and don't let an initial breakout put you off if one occurs in the next few weeks.

And that Eucerin moisturiser is great at getting rid of dryness, so once youve been one the regimen for a few more days I'd recommend starting using it (not too soon as it contains AHA and you don't want to over aggrivate your skin too soon before its fully used to BP), and a tube lasts me about 1 month aswell! Good Luck! smile.gif
