My face itself doesn't have a redness to it, but my nostrils are pretty red, the tip of my nose is not. How can I reduce the redness on my nostrils?

I, too, have some red spots on my nose. I had them for about 2 years now and they won't go away. Sometimes I hate looking at myself in the mirror see them

naw its not spots. The whole area is just flushed red. Not very red but abit redder than normal and its annoying. I put little moisturizer there, maybe i shouldnt be doing that? Cuz i noticed if I apply alot of moisturizer on my face it tends to get reddish, my spots.
