It clears out blocked pores more or less. I´ll be writing about that soon in the Acne Cure transcript thing...
Look on the internet, theres plenty of information out there.

It helps exfoliate the top dead cells on your skin, which gives it a smooth feeling. But it is water soluble, so doesn't penetrate the pore. For acne, I think salicylic acid is a better option. SA is lipid-soluble and can penetrate the pore to get the bad stuff out. I use both, on alternate days.
