im not too sure if this is working for me... i been using it as body wash for prolly 3 weeks now and although it hasnt made it worse, i dont see much of a difference in my backne, and chest it may have helped a little idk... could be because i dont shower in the mornings... thats prolly why its not working better

I stopped using it as it giving me some small little pustules on my face. Now that I've stopped it I have stopped getting these and didn't have them before I started using H&S.

I went back to using Dermol 500 for washing and Nicam to individual spots and it seems to be working well, hopefully now that I've stopped my SSRI's too things will be alot better.

I tried this before, as I noticed the acne on my head was clearing up after i started using H&S shampoo, however, it dried my skin out really badly.

thats all the reg does. I've found the H&S gives me better results than the reg ever did....

I've been using it after I saw this thread.

I've only been using it for a week or so, twice a day.
I am on a combo of doxy/benzaclin/sulfoxyl/tazorac so it is hard to attribute anything to any particular item, but I have not notice my skin getting any worse.

For those who are itching to try a new facial cleanser, I would say give it a try. Perhaps use it to wash your hair and have the overflow run over your face once or twice if you are unsure, but I have use it straight on my face with no ill effect.

It is only a few bucks and I think that it is worth a try if one is unhappy with their current cleanser.

im still using this on my back and chest, it keeps my back clear eusa_dance.gif but my chest started giving me probs again so i started using natures cure body spray on it after and it's clearing up really fast and nicely (it seems to keep the oil production there down for some reason)

I use Head and Shoulders as my regular Shampoo too. I switched from American Crew brand, which broke me out around the hairline like crazy, and i have bad scars from where I popped those pimples (not knowing that it'd scar.. i was 12)

Since i switched, not a BIG pimple in those areas, just a few on the temples, but that's about it. I will definately have to try this, maybe on my back this will help too.

Wonderful find! Thanks!

I started using on my face and my body, but over time found it to be a little too drying for my face. It works really well for the body though, it's the only thing I have found that has cleared my back and actually kept it clear, and it's been months since I started using it. I do like I said have to use the natures cure as well on my chest to keep it clear, but even with that the cost is still reletively low, a small price to pay for clear skin and confidence to wear whatever I want without the worry of how my back and chest look.

I have been using it for about a week now, my complexion is alot better and less spots are coming. But my skin is really dry and flaky in some areas. I still keep getting huge spots though.

I'll carry on using it longer and keep you updated
