Hey, I have the same problem, my skin is really dry and flaky. I stopped putting the moisturizer on at night for a few days, and it actually seemed to help a little bit for some reason.
This morning I got sick of it, though, because it still wasn't that much improved. I used a different wash not listed on the regimen. It was an Olay facial cloth, for dry skin. My skin was a little irritated when i put the bp and moisturizer on afterwards, but since then, it looks much better and isn't as dry. I plan to wash with my normal gentle cleanser (Cetaphil) tonight and maybe do the the Olay once or twice a week, if all goes well. I'll let you know how it works.
Anyone else have any ideas?

- don't leave your cleanser on you face too long, don't use too much, don't rub/scrub
- More frequent moistusier use
- Use an aha moisturiser
