make sure you're following the regimen EXACTLY as outlined, so go back and review it in detail, and re-watch the videos.
This should prevent future acne. For the stuff you have now, leave it alone. Picking will only aggravate the process as you already know. Leave it alone and it will heal.

I am having similar problems - and tonight I discovered why! I noticed that you (Rabb1t) recommended under another topic that Dan contact the manufacturers of panoxyl - which is the BP cream I was using til just now when on the international issues forum I found out from one of the topics posted that panoxyl REALLY dries out your skin and is basically evil for your face.
I think that is why you and I have not had success under this regimen so far and everyone else using neutrogena or oxy on the spot has!
So my advice is switch to oxy on the spot (or netrogena on the spot if you are in the US) and try that from now on and see what results you get. I am doing the same and luckily have some oxy on the spot already. Oxy and neutrogena must both have some other magical ingredients that are less damaging to the face than the panoxyl type, although they have the same amount of BP in them - i.e. 2.5%.
Let's compare notes in 3 weeks time!
p.s Dan - I would suggest that you don't contact the manufacturers of PanOxyl Aquagel (Stiefel Laboratries) as according to the evidence it does not seem to do a good job on the face.
