ive been on pills and creams for years and just found the website last night. my acne is very light and on just my cheeks.

my face has only gotten worse over the summer, and im tired of my dermatologist. hes tryin to pressure me into accutane. everytime i go in, its all he talks about. id rather not go on accutane with all of the side effects since my acne is so mild.

so i just started the regimen an hour ago. we'll see how it goes. wish me luck!

Grimmy- I've been on the regimin for 3 weeks and am very happy with the results. I got tired of my derm also as nothing she prescribed helped much so i went looking and found this site. I started the regimin with cysts and they are now gone!! I hope you do as well as I have...Good Luck!
