I work with a firm based in Los Angeles that is investigating claims that many ex-users of Murad Acne Complex have made concerning some major skin problems that have occured as a result of using Murad Acne Complex. These claims range from getting cystic acne (a condition they've never had before using this product), to permanent scarring as a result of using this product.

We feel that perhaps Murad has not been honest in identifying these possible (major) problems that can occur to some people as a result of using this product.
