I just started taking some appetite suppressants with chromium picolinate in them and my face looks soooo good. I think the reason is because chromium balances your insulin levels which is good because if you have too much insulin then you crave carbs and sugar (which I used to big time) so now I don't eat nearly as much sugary foods and I can tell by my skin, my mood and my hunger levels that my insulin levels are more normal now.
