The area thats circled is where there are many very very tiny bumps and the area is red / brown .
I do have seborrheic dermatitis around my nose and between/on eyebrows ... could this be Seborrheic dermatitis or some kind of other dermatitis?

My skin is light and i have brown marks around my mouth (as seen on the picture below)
The area thats circled is where there are many very very tiny bumps and the area is red / brown .
I do have seborrheic dermatitis around my nose and between/on eyebrows ... could this be Seborrheic dermatitis or some kind of other dermatitis?
