I heard the cream is pretty good with clogged pores/blackheads and scars ( naturally ). How well does it really work though?

Also, does anyone know about those Acne Scar Medications in the supermarket? There's this one new one out, it's a branch off of a 3 step acne program exactly like Pro-activ, and has good reviews. I am in search of something to clear my scars/pores.
